• Payment information. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Paystack. We do not store your full card details on our servers; we receive a transaction reference and payment status.
• Device and usage information. Basic technical data such as device type and notification tokens used to deliver order updates.

• To create and manage your account and process your orders.
• To match orders with nearby riders and calculate delivery pricing.
• To provide real-time tracking of your delivery on a map.
• To process payments and confirm transactions through Paystack.
• To send you notifications about your order status (assigned, picked up, on the way, delivered).

We use location data to connect you with nearby riders and to show you the live location of your rider during an active delivery. Riders share their device location only while on duty. You can control location permissions through your device settings, though disabling them may limit core features such as rider matching and live tracking.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to provide the Service:

• With riders assigned to your order, who receive the details necessary to complete the pickup and delivery (such as addresses and contact information).
• With service providers that power our platform, including Google Firebase (authentication, database, hosting, and notifications), Google Maps (mapping and routing), and Paystack (payment processing).
• For legal reasons, where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

We use industry-standard measures, including the security features provided by Google Firebase, to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
